SWC Technology Partners has won various awards and recognitions for our workplace culture over the years, including Crain’s Chicago Business’ Best Places to Work and Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for. SWC’s award winning culture is focused on our commitment to employees and helping them succeed. Watch this week’s episode of “Ask SWC” to discover some of SWC’s career development initiatives.
SWC has a variety of career development initiatives that help employees achieve long-term professional growth. Some of these initiatives include:
- Employee Lunch and Learns: Employees get valuable insights to help them succeed through SWC’s monthly lunch and learns focused on new projects and up-and-coming technology. These lunch and learns help employees stay up-to-date on all of the information they need to know within the company.
- Certifications: SWC supports and encourages employees to get professional technical certifications and to continue educating themselves on new technology. Employees at SWC are encouraged to ‘test out’ and gain hands-on learning experience with these new technologies in our onsite learning lab.
- Mentorship and Career Development: SWC has a mentorship and career management program that helps customize career paths for each individual to make sure they are achieving their long-term goals for professional growth. Through this program employees gain valuable experience and exposure to new technologies by shadowing senior consultants, helping them expand their skillset and achieve more in the future.
SWC is always looking for talented and intelligent individuals who are passionate about technology and want to grow their careers. To learn more about SWC’s career initiatives head over to SWC Careers or follow Patrick O’Rourke on LinkedIn.
