Managing Cloud or Local Environments with Operations Manager Suite
Cloud management is a hot topic these days. With so many different places for an administrator to collect data, such as the Azure portal, the Office 365 portal, the helpdesk portal, the SCCM console, the Operations Manager console, a 3rd party monitoring solution, etc., many IT managers want to know the best way to monitor Azure, Office 365 or Local environments. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to see all of this in one place? Microsoft thinks so, too.
Enter Operations Manager Suite
Operations Manager Suite is SaaS management solution that is simple and easy to integrate. It can manage on-premises or cloud environments including Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Even Linux operating systems are supported by Microsoft Operations Manager.
How do you configure this monitoring in OMS?

You can use OMS standalone or integrate it with an existing System Center Operations Manager server. However, without the latter, some modules and functions will not work.

The best part is that there is a free trial so you can take it for a test run before committing. If you have no monitoring right now, it’s the perfect tool to get started and and grow at your own pace!
