The ability to screen share and collaborate on documents in real-time are only some of the advantages that organizations are experiencing with Skype for Business. Here is a useful tip on how to customize meeting options and fully understand the functionality of Skype for Business.

Did you know you can create Skype conferences with different Conference IDs? Did you know you can set options to disable video or allow people into the meeting without waiting in the lobby before a meeting even starts? These options are first available to you when scheduling a meeting.

How to Customize Meeting Options

1. When first scheduling a meeting, simply click the Meeting Options button in the meeting invite.
