Improving Collaboration Between Remote Teams

Midwest Palliative and Hospice CareCenter is a community-based healthcare organization committed to providing patients with exceptional care and comfort. The organization contracted SWC to create an internal SharePoint site that encouraged collaboration and team building among their dispersed staff.

SWC worked with Midwest Palliative and Hospice CareCenter to create a custom SharePoint site that was easily accessible inside and outside the company’s walls. The organization was challenged to keep their staff closely connected when many of their nurses and volunteers worked offsite.

The new SharePoint site includes company announcements, events, staff directories and performance indicators to help bring teams together and provide a sense of community. Integrated design and branding by SWC showcases important brand elements and depicts the organization’s culture and mission, further establishing a sense of community and motivating employees.
