As winner of the Microsoft Loyalty award, SWC was recognized for its commitment to Microsoft technologies and its growth in Microsoft solutions.

SWC Performance Portal delivers for the first time powerful analytics and business intelligence functionality to SMBs. Using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server 2005, Office 2007 and Business Scorecard Manager, the SWC Performance Portal delivers actionable information through a customized executive dashboard. SWC’s accelerators allow SMBs to quickly move from identifying requirements to deploying SharePoint 2007 and realizing the benefits of its rich search and collaboration capabilities. Once in place, SharePoint’s additional features can be implemented to enhance user adoption and improve productivity and communication.

Another SWC solution which has contributed significantly to Microsoft partnership is its Managed Services offering. Specifically tailored to Microsoft-centric SMB companies, SWC’s team assumes responsibility for monitoring and managing client network environments. By proactively and consistently monitoring key performance metrics, SWC is able to identify issues before they result in business disruption. Each month, SWC ‘s meets with its clients to discuss IT strategy, best practice recommendations and ways to continue to leverage Microsoft to delivered improved performance, availability, security and stability.

According to Robert Knott, SWC’s President, “In 2006, both Microsoft and SWC were together committed to delivering to enterprise solutions at an SMB investment level. Our common focus and strategy has made this the most productive year of our partnership. Together, we helped more than 300 SMB companies improve their businesses.”

“Microsoft is pleased to recognize SWC Technology Partners as a dedicated Gold Certified Partner,” said Lane Sorgen, vice president for Microsoft’s Small and Mid-market Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) in the Central Region. “We place tremendous value on our partners and believe these organizations should be acknowledged for their contributions and achievements over the past fiscal year.
