Customer Survey Administered by Microsoft Reveals Best-in-Class Scores for SWC Technology Partners

Oak Brook, IL | March 9, 2010 – Much of SWC Technology Partners’ success has stemmed from a clear and steadfast focus on the customer. Now, a survey of SWC customers administered by Microsoft confirms that this customer-centric focus is recognized, valued and appreciated.

SWC received outstanding scores on the Microsoft Customer Net Satisfaction (NSAT) survey, a standardized survey conducted in January 2010. Customers awarded SWC above average scores on virtually every question. Microsoft requires the survey as part of the process to maintain Microsoft Gold Level Partner certification.

The survey reveals that:

  • SWC earned an overall customer satisfaction score of 200, compared to the average score of 168.7.
  • 100 percent of respondents say they are satisfied with SWC, and 100 percent say they are likely to recommend the company.
  • Customers awarded SWC’s overall performance a score of 90.9, while the average score is 68.1.
  • SWC’s ability to meet customer needs netted a score of 100, compared to the average of 72.8.
  • Customers rate the ease of doing business with SWC at 90.9 points, compared to an average score of 74.

Separate from the NSAT survey, SWC’s focus on the customer will be honored in March 2010 when the company receives the Microsoft Midwest District Customer Experience Award. Selected from an extensive field of Midwest partners, the award honors a partner’s ability to understand customer needs and develop effective approaches to customer challenges, and in particular recognizes SWC’s work in developing a custom analytics tool for its customer Bonded Collection Corporation.
