SWC Recognized as Up-and-Coming Firm
SWC Technology Partners, an award-winning provider of IT solutions to midsize organizations was featured in Consulting Magazine’s 2014 Small Jewels publication in the “Seven to Watch” category.
Consulting Magazine’s twelfth annual Seven Small Jewels list recognizes the consulting profession’s hidden gems or consultancies with fewer than 250 billable consultants. Other evaluation factors include revenue growth, organizational culture, consulting innovation and client satisfaction. The 2014 winners increased revenue by 45%, billable consultants by 30% and forecast 35% growth for 2014. SWC was recognized as one of the magazine’s “Seven to Watch” in 2014 and beyond and stood out for its award winning corporate culture and projected revenue growth for 2014.
“To be acknowledged by your peers as one of the industry’s up-and-coming firms is truly an honor and a testament to the great team of hard working and talented people we have here at SWC,” said Bob Knott, President of SWC Technology Partners. “They are the ones responsible for our growth and success and the reason we continue to receive external recognition for our consulting skills and workplace culture.”
In addition to being recognized by Consulting Magazine, SWC has been honored to receive numerous awards over the past couple years, including being recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as one of the Best Places to Work in 2012 and 2013, one of Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 and making the Inc. 500|5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S in 2012 and 2013.
