SWC Honored as Top IT Managed Service Provider in Clutch's 2015 Leaders Matrix

SWC Technology Partners, an award-winning provider of IT solutions to mid-market organizations, has been inducted into Clutch’s 2015 Top IT Managed Service Providers Leaders Matrix.

Clutch, a Washington, D.C.-based analyst firm that identifies top service providers, evaluated IT consulting firms across more than a dozen quantitative and qualitative elements, including company experience, industry recognition, technical certifications, market presence and positive client reviews. Only eight IT managed service providers were selected and SWC ranked at the top of the list.

“Organizations of all shapes and sizes have become increasingly sensitive to IT expenditures, and the implementation and maintenance of their IT infrastructure is no exception,” said Joshua Margolin, Senior Analyst at Clutch. “For many of them, taking advantage of managed services is far superior to the alternative of hiring permanent technical staff, and this report is the first step in helping buyers find a suitable partner.”

Over the last ten years, Chicagoland mid-market organizations have utilized SWC’s managed services offering, saving them time and money while freeing up their own internal IT teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

“It’s a great honor to be one of only eight IT firms included in Clutch’s exclusive and detailed report,” said Susie Cummings, Vice President of Managed Services at SWC Technology Partners. “More and more mid-market organizations are realizing the strategic value and business impact of outsourcing parts or all of their IT to our local and dedicated team of technology experts. Clutch’s report further validates our reputation for providing exceptional managed IT services within our market.”

SWC’s managed services include remote service desk, security managed services, on-site staffing and virtual CIO services focused on strategic planning. SWC also provides enhanced managed services for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Skype for Business, SharePoint and SQL Server, as many mid-market organizations can’t justify the expense of hiring a full-time resource dedicated to managing these applications. The managed services practice has rapidly grown over the years and now accounts for more than 25% of SWC’s total revenue and has earned the company a spot on the MSPmentor’s list of the world’s top 100 managed services providers.
