As part of our enhanced managed services offering, SWC provides core monitoring, alerting, and reporting on specific applications and related systems, including but not limited to servers, storage, routers, switches, firewalls and general network equipment. We also perform application-related patching and updating, as well as proactive maintenance that is critical to maintaining the security, reliability and performance of your Exchange, Lync/Skype for Business, Office 365, SharePoint, and SQL environments.
