As Principal, Digital Strategy & Innovation, Michael Lee guides our clients through their innovation journey by developing forward-thinking, pragmatic technology roadmaps focused on desired business outcome. Michael is responsible for building key initiatives including SWC’s industry-focused solution areas and Digital Workforce Transformation, and serving as the Client Executive in strategic customer relationships.
For two decades, Michael has been helping organizations through various phases of business technology strategy. Michael has extensive experience working with and inside of organizations of all sizes and industries – from Fortune 500s to Big Four consulting firms to startups. Michael’s diverse and vast experience in all stages of the IT strategy brings our clients an advisor with a unique ability to bridge what can often be a wide gap between business goals and technology implementation, helping them translate overarching strategies into actionable initiatives at the most tactical and technical levels.
Michael’s combination of technical knowledge and business acumen has armed him with a keen ability to recognize up-and-coming technology trends for organizations and distill the noise down to actionable information.
